When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email address, company, product interest and message in a private website dashboard accessible to authorised administrators. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use and protect it

We use enquiry details to review your requirements and contact you. Our website hosting provider processes this information to operate the website. We keep enquiry records while needed to handle your request and related business records, and restrict access to authorised staff.

Cookies and server logs

WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Standard server logs may record IP addresses and request details for operation and security. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources and interactions such as scrolling and file downloads. We also record a success event when an enquiry has been saved, without including the information entered in the form. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage and device information, including IP addresses, to provide reports. We do not send enquiry form fields to Google Analytics or enable advertising personalisation. Google may process analytics data outside Australia. Learn more in Google’s explanation of data use.
